Update 30.09. - neue Version Caddybook ####################### ENGLISH VERSION BELOW ####################### Vom 4. bis 6. Oktober 2024 findet das diesjährige Franconia Open in Gößweinstein statt. Die HyzerCrew bringt mit der Unterstützung von Leinen Los einiges von der Deutschen Meisterschaft im Vorjahr zurück. Am Vortag steht euch der komplett zum Training zur Verfügung und auch schon Tage/Wochen vorher könnt ihr die meisten Bahnen spielen. Das Schützenhaus steht uns genau so wie der Durchgang durch das Freibad zur Verfügung. Eine Playersparty mit Grillen, der Night-Glow Runde sowie eine Putting-Challenge runden das Programm ab. Wer letztes Jahr nicht durfte oder konnte, ist genau so herzlichst eingeladen wie alle Teilnehmenden der DM 2023. Wir freuen uns auf euch! Wir spielen 3 Runden mit jeweils 18 Bahnen in 4er Flights mit Tee Times. Das Turnier wird auf 120 Spieler begrenzt. Anmeldung: ------------------ Die Anmeldung öffnet am Mittwoch, 04.07.2024 um 20:00 Uhr und erfolgt über turniere.discgolf.de In diesem Jahr muss jeder die Scores seines Flights erfassen. Gescort wird über die turniere.discgolf.de Plattform. Falls es technische Probleme gibt, werden wir Scorcards in Papierform vorhalten. Das Scoring kann an Caddies übertragen werden. Kurs/Layout: ------------------- Euch erwartet Ähnliches wie bei der Deutschen Meisterschaft 2023. Einige Bahnen werden wir streichen und neue dazu holen. Einfacher wird es eher nicht ;). Jedoch werden wir ohne oder nur mit wenigen Spottern auskommen müssen und dies haben wir bei der Planung mit berücksichtigt. Sollte es im Vorfeld stark regnen, behalten wir uns im Sinne der Sicherheit und des Spielflusses Änderungen vor (für die DM 18 haben wir bereits eine Alternative). Caddybook wird online gestellt, sobald es fertig ist. Startplatzvergabe: ---------------------------- Das Franconia Open ist Teil der German Disc Golf Tour South, die Startplatzvergabe ist somit durch die Tour Regeln definiert. Die Wildcards werden durch die TDs vergeben. PlayersPack ---------- Fundraiser Disc für jede*n Teilnehmer*in und Helfer*in. Preise: ---------- Als PDGA B-Tier ist das Minimum definiert. Wir legen noch was drauf! Verpflegung: -------------------- Getränke und Snacks bietet das Team von Leinen Los an. Zum Mittag wird es im Schützenhaus etwas Warmes geben. Genaues kommt die Tage! Ort & Anfahrt: ---------------------- - Die Adresse: Schützenstraße 1, 91327 Gößweinstein (49.7751376, 11.3415133) - Anfahrt öffentlich: Über Forchheim, entweder über Ebermannstadt mit dem Regionalzug R22 und dann mit dem Bus 234 (Richtung Neudorf) oder direkt von Forchheim mit dem Bus 222 (Richtung Gößweinstein). Haltestelle ist jeweils ‘Gößweinstein Freibad’. - Mit dem Auto: Gebt einfach Disc Golf Leinen Los in die üblichen Navis ein. Sonstige Informationen: ------------------------------------- Ace-Pool-Teilnahme: 2 Euro (vor Ort zu entrichten - bitte Münzen einpacken) Im Falle eines Gleichstands für die jeweils Erstplatzierten einer Division, wird dieser im Sudden-Death Modus ausgespielt. Die Bahnen werden wir mit dem Caddy-Book hier aktualisieren. Gleichstände für die Plätze zwei und drei werden nur auf Wunsch der Spielenden aufgelöst. Toiletten ------------------------------------- Toiletten stehen im Schützenhaus zur Verfügung und auf dem Kurs auch ein Dixi. Abmeldung/Absagen: --------------------------------- Absage bis 2 Wochen vor Turnierbeginn: Rückzahlung Startgeld in voller Höhe. Absage bis 1 Woche vor Turnierbeginn: Rückzahlung Startgeld in halber Höhe. Absage weniger als eine Woche vor Turnierbeginn: keine Rückzahlung des Startgelds. Essen bis 1 Woche vor dem Turnier vollständig. Danach keine Rückzahlung. Fotografieren und Mediennutzung: ----------------------------------------------------- Der Verein und Leinen Los werden bei der Veranstaltung Fotos machen und diese ggf. auf den jeweiligen Webseiten und Social Media im Zusammenhang mit dem Turnier veröffentlichen. With the support of Leinen Los, the HyzerCrew is bringing back most parts of last year's German Championship. The day before, the entire course is available for training and you can play most of the layout on the weekend beforehand. The Schützenhaus is available to us too, as is the passage through the outdoor pool. A players' party with barbecue, the night glow round and a own putting course with tournament round off the program. Anyone who was not allowed or able to attend last year is just as warmly invited as all participants in the 2023 German Championship. We look forward to seeing you! We play 3 rounds with 18 holes each in flights of 4 with tee times. The tournament is limited to 120 players. Registration: ------------------ Registration opens on Wednesday, July 4th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. and takes place via tournaments.discgolf.de This year everyone has to record the scores of their flight. Scoring is done via the tournaments.discgolf.de platform. If there are technical problems, we will keep scorecards in paper form. The scoring can be transferred to caddies. Course/Layout: ------------------ You can expect something similar to the German Championship 2023. We will cancel some holes and add some new special ones. It won't get any easier ;). However, we will have to manage with no or only a few spotters and we have taken this into account in the planning. If it rains heavily beforehand, we reserve the right to make changes in the interests of safety and the flow of the game (we already have an alternative for the DM 18). Caddybook will be put online as soon as it is ready. Allocation of starting places: ---------------------------- The Franconia Open is part of the German Disc Golf Tour South, so the allocation of starting places is defined by the tour rules. The wildcards are awarded by the TDs. PlayersPack ---------- Fundraiser disc for every participant and helper. Prices: ---------- The minimum is defined as PDGA B-Tier. We'll add even more! Food: -------------------- The Leinen Los team offers drinks and snacks. There will be something warm for lunch in the Schützenhaus. More details can be found in the tournament registration! The stop is always 'Gößweinstein Freibad'. - By car: Simply enter Disc Golf Leinen Los into the usual navigation systems. Other information: ------------------------------------- Ace pool participation: 2 euros (payable on site - please pack coins) In the event of a tie for the first place in a division, this will be played out in sudden death mode. We will update the courses here using the caddy book. Ties for second and third place will only be broken at the request of the players. Toilets ------------------------------------- Toilets are available in the shooting range and there is also a portable toilet on the course. Cancellations/cancellations: --------------------------------- Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start of the tournament: full refund of the entry fee. Cancellations up to 1 week before the start of the tournament: half of the entry fee. Cancellations less than a week before the start of the tournament: no refund of the entry fee. Food must be paid in full up to 1 week before the tournament. After that, no refund. Photography and media use: ----------------------------------------------------- The club and Leinen Los will take photos at the event and may publish them on the respective websites and social media in connection with the tournament.
